ELEO as a top provider in the "Garden" Award – ELEO Zaunsysteme Wins the Life and Living Award 2025 & 2024
The "Life & Living Award" is presented by the news channel ntv and the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ) and recognizes companies that impress with outstanding customer satisfaction in providing products and services for improved living. From over 50,000 customer opinions and over 600 suppliers, ELEO Zaunsysteme was recognized as one of Germany's three most popular suppliers in the "Fences and Gates" category in 2025. In 2024, the company received the award as "Germany's Most Popular Supplier" in the "Railings" category.

After being named the most popular provider in the "Railings" category in 2024, this renewed honor underscores the company's high level of customer satisfaction and the excellent quality of its entire product range. ELEO strives to continue offering its customers innovative, high-quality products that meet the highest standards of safety and design.
ELEO has been awarded the "Digital Champions 2025" seal of approval
ELEO has been awarded the DEUTSCHLAND TEST "Digital Champions 2025" seal in the garden fence shop category. The renowned study by DEUTSCHLAND TEST and FOCUS Money recognizes ELEO's digital innovation and strategic foresight.
The comprehensive study was conducted by ServiceValue GmbH in collaboration with the Institute for Management and Economic Research (IMWF) on behalf of Deutschland Test and Focus Money. Around 14,900 companies were evaluated using a two-stage model. The goal was to identify those companies that are particularly successful in meeting the challenges of digitalization and shaping their industry through technological innovations.
We are one of Germany's best online shops
ELEO Express received the "Germany's Best Online Shops" award in summer 2024. This renowned award is presented by the news channel ntv and the German Institute for Service Quality (DISQ for short) based on a detailed survey of consumers from across Germany. As part of the survey, around 70,000 opinions are collected to determine who is among the best providers. Evaluation criteria include: value for money, product range, customer service, online presence, shipping and returns, and order conditions.
At ELEO Express, customers can find handcrafted wrought iron products such as fences, railings, and gates, which are shipped directly from stock. Our modern shop was able to fully meet all DISQ criteria – and we are now delighted to receive the award "Germany's Best Online Shops" in the categories "Garden Fences" and "Railings."

BAVARIA'S BEST 50 and Bavarian Entrepreneur of the Year
ELEO was honored to receive two special awards. Firstly, the prestigious BAYERNS BEST 50 award – and secondly, Managing Director Katrin Weinkauf was named "Bavarian Entrepreneur of the Year 2023."
The BAYERNS BEST 50 award is presented annually by the Bavarian Ministry of Economic Affairs. Small and medium-sized companies with particularly strong growth that have achieved above-average increases in sales and employee numbers in recent years are nominated. Selection criteria for the exclusive "Bavarian Entrepreneur of the Year" award include the company's exceptional economic success and the active role it plays in the business. The entire ELEO team is particularly proud of this award and the honor given to our Managing Director.

Nominated for the "Grand Prize for SMEs"
The Grand Prize for SMEs is one of the most established and coveted business awards in Germany, presented by the Oskar Patzelt Foundation. Each year, outstanding medium-sized companies from industry, services, trade, crafts, and commerce are honored. The renowned competition is organized on a voluntary basis and financed exclusively privately. It is also subject to a quality management system certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015.
ELEO GmbH – with its pioneering concept of selling custom-made fence systems, gazebos, and garden items made of handcrafted wrought iron exclusively through online retail – was also nominated for the 2022 award. This meant we were included in the final round of nominations and were one of the final 450 candidates for the coveted award.
We are Digital Champions of 2021
ELEO shows what digitalization can achieve based on a consistent and permanent strategy for the online sales of our fence systems and pavilions. This business model was awarded the Digital Champions 2021 prize in 2022, a fact we are very proud of.
The award, which honors companies that successfully combine brick-and-mortar and online retail, is presented by Bavaria's Minister of Economic Affairs, Hubert Aiwanger. A total of five "Digital Champions in Bavarian Retail" were honored.

Our four online shops, ELEO Zaun, ELEO Pavillon, ELEO Garten, and ELEO Express for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Italy, and the Netherlands, are united under the ELEO umbrella brand. All four shops offer a unique user experience – the wrought iron fences, gates, gazebos, and garden decorations can be customized online and adapted to personal preferences regarding size, shape, and coating.
